Tracy Gossett
I am the owner of Agape`. Over the past 24 years I have had the opportunity to hone my skill and become an educator for one of the best color companies in the world. I'm a master colorist and stylist. My ultimate love is color correction.
Tracy is the proud owner of Agapé Salon and a dedicated hairstylist with over 25 years of experience behind the chair. Her passion for the beauty industry began early and has grown into a lifelong commitment to helping people look and feel their very best.
Throughout her career, Tracy has built a reputation for creating beautiful, personalized styles that enhance each client’s natural beauty. She believes every guest deserves to feel confident, refreshed, and cared for when they leave her chair. Her attention to detail, creativity, and genuine love for people are what keep clients coming back year after year.
In addition to working behind the chair, Tracy spent 7 years as a Goldwell educator, where she shared her knowledge and expertise with other stylists. During that time, she trained professionals on advanced color techniques, cutting methods, and industry trends, helping elevate the skills of stylists throughout the beauty community.
As the owner of Agapé Salon, Tracy has created a welcoming space where both clients and stylists can feel comfortable, valued, and inspired. She is passionate about continued education and staying up to date with the latest techniques, products, and trends so she can always offer the best possible service.
Erica Montgomery
Erica – Nail Technician & Front Manager
With over six years of experience in the beauty industry, Erica brings both skill and heart to Agapé Salon. As our talented nail technician and front manager, she ensures every client receives exceptional service from the moment they walk in. Erica’s creativity, attention to detail, and friendly approach make each appointment relaxing, personalized, and unforgettable.

With over 21 years of experience in the hair industry, Barbie brings unmatched skill, creativity, and passion to every client she serves. Known for her precision cuts, stunning color transformations, and personalized styling, she has built a loyal following who trust her to bring out their best look. Barbie loves staying on top of the latest trends while ensuring each guest leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and beautiful. Lauren Wilkinson
I started doing hair 9 years ago, life has thrown some curve balls truehat led me away from the industry but through God's faithful provision here I am! I love building a relationship with my clients and taking care of them in this way to build their self esteem and keep them feeling their best. I enjoy doing creative cuts and colors, pop colors and balayage.
Katie Sharp
I was born and raised in Arden North Carolina and have always enjoyed being artistic and creative. What motivates me is my love for God and my family. I received my cosmetology license at blue ridge community college and have been a hair stylist for about 10 years. I enjoy doing bright colors highlights and balayage.

Kaitlyn is a talented stylist at Agapé Salon with two years of experience behind the chair. She is passionate about creating polished, modern styles that enhance each client’s natural beauty. From precision cuts to beautifully blended color, Kaitlyn focuses on delivering results that feel both luxurious and effortless.

Michele Jones

With over 40 years of experience, Michele is a true master of her craft, known for her refined technique, timeless style, and unwavering dedication to her clients. She successfully owned and operated her own salon for 25 years, building a loyal clientele that continues to trust her expertise across generations.
After relocating 10 years ago with plans to retire, Michele quickly realized her passion for the beauty industry never faded. Following a brief retirement, she returned behind the chair and now offers her artistry a few days each week at Agapé Salon.
Michele’s work is defined by precision, experience, and an intuitive understanding of what makes each client feel their absolute best. Her presence brings a level of legacy, professionalism, and elevated service that perfectly aligns with the Agapé standard.
Samantha Endicott
Samantha is a passionate stylist at Agapé Salon with two years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in creating effortlessly beautiful, personalized looks that enhance each guest’s natural features. Known for her attention to detail and calming presence, Samantha is dedicated to delivering a luxury experience while helping every client leave feeling confident and refreshed.
Tiffany Lukemire
Tiffany has been a licensed hairstylist for 18 years and loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful in their everyday lives. She enjoys the consultation process and believes that taking time to listen and get to know each client is the key to creating a look that fits their personality, lifestyle, and natural beauty. Whether it’s a fresh haircut, dimensional color, or a subtle refresh, Tiffany focuses on healthy hair and results that feel effortless and authentic.
In addition to her work behind the chair, Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently working toward her master’s degree. She has lived in California and abroad, experiences that have shaped her creativity and appreciation for different styles and perspectives. When she’s not working or studying, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
